1. Free Trial

• Eligibility: All new users are eligible for a 7-day free trial period. The free trial is available only once per user.
• Access: During the free trial, you will have full access to the features and content of the subscription plan you choose.
• Automatic Billing: If you do not cancel your free trial before the 7-day period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.

 

2. Subscription Plans

3. Cancellation

• Process: Cancellation is easy. You can cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:
1. Log in to your account on our website (www.earlyaction.co).
2. Navigate to "Profile." (Located top right portion of the website)
3. Select "Manage Subscription."
4. Click on "Cancel Plan." On the following screen/dialog, you will be prompted to confirm the cancellation. Be sure to continue processing your cancellation until you receive the final confirmation page, your subscription will not be cancelled until you have reached this page.
• Immediate Effect: Upon cancellation, your subscription will be cancelled immediately, After cancellation is successful, you will no longer be charged, and your access to subscription features as well access to your data will cease. Your data will however be retained for a period of 12-months, just in case you decide to purchase the subscription again. Once you purchase the subscription, within a period of 12 months from previous subscription cease date, you can resume features using your already available data. 

4. Refunds

• Pro Rata Refund Policy: If you cancel your subscription, you are eligible for a pro rata refund based on the unused portion of your subscription. The refund amount is calculated based on the number of days remaining in your subscription period from the date of cancellation. For example, if you cancel your monthly subscription with 15 days remaining, you will receive a refund for those 15 unused days.
• Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of your cancellation request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription purchase. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
• Non-Refundable Items: Please be aware that any additional fees, or content outside of the subscription plan are non-refundable.

 

5. Exceptions and Limitations

• Free Trial Cancellations: If you cancel your subscription during the free trial period, you will not be charged, and no refund is necessary.
• Payment Disputes: If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, it may affect your eligibility for a refund under this policy. In that case, please reach out to us at th following email contact@earlyaction.co

 

6. Policy Changes

We may update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the site following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
